MENTAL WELLNESS TEST
Welcome to the Vent Mental Wellness Test. This tool has been designed to help you reflect on your emotional well-being over the past few weeks. The goal is not to provide a diagnosis but to encourage self-awareness and understanding of your mental state.
The Vent Mental Wellness Test consists of ten statements. You will be asked to rate each statement based on your personal experiences and feelings, using a scale from 1 to 5. The scale ranges from "Rarely or Never" to "Almost Always or Always".
This test is a stepping stone towards understanding your mental well-being and it is hoped that it can serve as a catalyst for conversations about mental health. If at any point you feel distressed or need help, please reach out to a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life.

Now, let's proceed to the test. Remember, there are no right or wrong answers. This is all about your personal experience.

HOW TO GUIDE

Step 1: Read each statement carefully.
Step 2: Reflect on your feelings and experiences over the past few weeks.
Step 3: For each statement, select the option that best describes your experience:
"Rarely or Never" (worth 1 point): The statement applies to you very infrequently or not at all.
"Occasionally" (worth 2 points): The statement applies to you only sometimes or in certain situations.
"Sometimes" (worth 3 points): The statement applies to you about half the time, or your experience is somewhat mixed.
"Often" (worth 4 points): The statement applies to you more often than not, although not constantly.
"Almost Always or Always" (worth 5 points): The statement applies to you nearly all the time or constantly.
Step 4: Your score will be calculated automatically once you've responded to all 10 statements.
Step 5: Refer to the scoring guide to understand what your score might suggest about your mental wellness.
